We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and we stand behind all of the products that we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can choose between a full refund (minus any shipping charges) or a replacement product.
Here are some important guidelines regarding our return policy:
- All returns must be sent back within 30 days of purchase.
- Shipping charges may be applied to your refund amount.
- We will issue a refund in the form of the original payment or with a gift card.
- All returns require an authorization, and we will provide the address to ship the item to and assist with shipping arrangements.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

How to Begin a Return
Contact us at email@example.com and request an exchange or return. Upon confirmation of the return eligibility, we will send you a shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received your return and confirm if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
